General Manager

Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Skills:

- Strong background in restaurant management and hospitality industry
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Proficient in Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven track record in managing costs and driving profitability

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
