What you’ll do as a Collections Representative:

• Take inbound calls, make outbound calls, and/or communicate via email with customers
• Work with customers on setting up payment arrangements, completing payment transactions, and other collection related issues
• Provide outstanding service to customers
• Analyze bank statements to determine appropriate delivery adjustment, assess customer hardship, and provide appropriate reprieve

Pay and Benefits:
$18.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a performance based bonus!
Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.

Work hours:

• Schedule 1: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:15pm (1 rotational Saturday a month 8:00am-4:30pm)
• Schedule 2: Monday-Friday 9:15am-6:00pm (1 rotational Saturday a month 8:00am-4:30pm)
• Schedule 3: Monday-Friday 10:15am - 7:00pm

*Hours are CST (Central Standard Time)
*We only offer set full-time schedules (no part-time or flexible schedules).
