About the role:
The Recovery Team devises and implements collection and recovery strategies comprehensively. We oversee a nationwide network of legal firms, guiding accounts through every phase of the recovery journey, including those entangled in bankruptcy proceedings. As the Bankruptcy Paralegal, you will oversee accounts within this portfolio and are empowered to devise your own methods and protocols. Our aim is to safeguard and monitor every stakeholder involved in the bankruptcy process diligently. Consider this role as a chance to develop a pathway and take ownership of a pivotal aspect of our operations. This role will report to the Commercial Collections Litigation Manager.

For Colorado-based candidates, the budgeted range is $75,000-$85,000 but actual compensation may vary based on experience including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in incentive plans, and the Company’s benefits plans.
