Pay commensurate with experience

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage a group of 5-10 Delivery Technicians outsourced couriers and warehouse staff.
• Educate, train, and orient new drivers on the proper procedures, and safe operation of both vehicles and equipment
• Supervise Delivery Technicians to assure that all deliveries are in compliance with scheduled delivery times
• Assist in the screening and final selection of Delivery Technicians
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with Delivery Technicians to discuss performance issues
• Develop and implement corrective action plans
• Do Deliveries on the road as needed.
• Clean equipment in the warehouse as needed.
• Foster and build positive employee morale.
• Maintain process improvements to further enhance productivity of deliveries
• Works closely with internal management to execute all planned programs.
• Ensure compliance with various regulations and policies

Qualifications:

Education: Graduated from an accredited high school

Experience/Knowledge: Industry experience preferred.

Physical Requirement:

• In an 8 hour day the employee stands/walks 2 hours.
