Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to join our growing school. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students, teachers, and staff. Responsibilities

- Supervise and support school personnel to ensure high performance and professional growth

- Implementation and assessment to enhance student learning outcomes

- Engage in strategic planning to drive continuous improvement and innovation in educational program

- Collaborate with the school director and the school board to align school goals with school objectives

- Monitor classroom instruction quality and provide feedback for improvement

-Understand the Montessori Methods and philosophy

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree or higher with a current educational licensure from the Ohio Department of Education

- Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational setting

- Minimum of five years in an educational teaching field

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills

- Able to multitask and handle day to day changes

- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and implementing innovative educational practices

Pay: $41,600.00 - $47,840.00 per year
