Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, infusions, etc.)
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety
• Supervise and train staff as needed in a pleasant and professional manner
• Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, etc.
• Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Self-motivated
