The position will have a direct reporting relationship to the Scheduling Manager, based in Dallas, TX. Responsible for partnering with the Project Managers (PMs) to ensure that projects/programs within Engineering meet project performance metrics that are strategically planned and implemented within the organization. Duties include:
- Host wall-planning sessions in order to develop level 1, 2, or 3 schedules with the EnLink project team as well as with contractors.
- Work within the project engineering team to ensure that the team is meeting project milestones, managing risks, reporting status, etc. and following approved standard processes and procedures.
- Keep the project managers, the Project Controls department and other key team members informed of critical issues and/or diminishing portfolio performance in a timely manner so that contingency plans can be implemented to minimize delivery delays, schedule & budget variances, resource impacts and maintain organizational credibility.
- Ensure alignment with project cost analysts to achieve project specific and departmental views within Project Delivery.
- Monitor and analyze schedules with actual progress versus planned progress to determine trends.
- Identify risks with resolution proposals for PMs and Management.
- Provide up to date project performance metrics back to the project team.
- Prepares alternative project schedules, work plans and provide analysis to assist Project Team in developing detailed "look ahead" and "what-if" schedules.
- Prepare reports as needed and directed by Management.
- Bachelor's Degree required; major in Business, Engineering, Math or an equivalent, preferred.
- 7 years of experience, midstream industry is a plus but not required (scheduling experience in other industries is acceptable as long as the candidate is able to express understanding of general scheduling concepts and principles).
- At least 5 years of scheduling experience in either Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Ability to develop conceptual and detailed engineering and construction schedules from FEL1 - FEL3 (Level 1, 2, and 3 schedules).
- Experience in leading scheduling conversations across a group of diverse individuals is critical.
- Prior experience in highly collaborative team situations is a must.
- Demonstration of problem-solving capabilities is crucial.

- Analytical, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
