Objective of the role
·Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understandingof the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiringgoals and expectations.
·Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of openroles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
·Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, andplatforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions andannouncements.
Job Responsibilities
·Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as socialmedia and job boards.
·Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executeinnovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects fornew business.
·Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and managecandidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews toassisting with final offer negotiation.
·Maintain a database of candidate records, including active andpassive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidatesrelationships.
·Follow up on interview process status and update records in theinternal database.
·If required coordinate in other HR related Activities (Like JoiningFormalities, Employee Engagement, HR Administration etc.)
Educational Background& Experience Required
·MBA/Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or relatedfield).
Key Skills -
·Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-makingskills.
·Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internetsearch.
·Familiarity with job boards, databases, and management systems.
·Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e.,phone, video, etc.).
