Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Perform carpet cleaning services using industry-standard equipment and techniques
- Vacuum, spot clean, and deep clean carpets to remove dirt, stains, and odors
- Water remediation
- Inspect carpets for any damages or repairs needed including dye jobs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of buffing, floor care, and commercial cleaning is a plus
- Familiarity with environmental services and custodial practices is beneficial
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
