Overview:

Enhance Health is seeking a highly professional and dynamic Sales Performance Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing Enhance Health's AI Sales Improvement program, Balto. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing strategies and playbooks aimed at refining insurance sales processes and increasing member persistency. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations and collaborating closely with the Training Department and other departments, this position demands a blend of robust computer skills, advanced data analysis capabilities, and unparalleled communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the management and continuous improvement of Enhance Health's AI Sales Improvement program, Balto.
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales playbooks to enhance the clarity and effectiveness of insurance sales.
  • Collaborate directly with Compliance and Quality Assurance leaders to devise and implement enforcement strategies that leverage data to enhance QA outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Training Department to align AI QA program objectives with training initiatives, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and skill development among ACA Insurance telesales agents.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and implement data-driven strategies to improve sales persistency among members.
  • Serve as a key communication link between sales, compliance, quality assurance, and operations departments to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and optimization.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the VP of Sales Operations and other stakeholders on program performance, challenges, and progress towards goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to continuously innovate and enhance the sales QA process.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales performance management, preferably in the healthcare or insurance sector.
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills, including advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales playbooks and training materials.
  • Experience in managing AI-driven quality assurance programs is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ACA Insurance telesales environments and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.
