Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is Hiring an Office Coordinator / Scheduler Near Stillwater, OK

Overview

Location: 2318 West 7th Avenue, Stillwater, OK 74074

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Enhabit Home Health is a leading provider of home health services dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients in the comfort of their own home. We're seeking an Office Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team in Stillwater.

This role is crucial in supporting the administrative functions of our home health office, contributing to the seamless delivery of care to our clients. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule home visits for field clinicians to reduce drive time and maximize clinician efficiency
  • Coordinate the intake process for new patients; serve as a liaison between Enhabit, referral sources, and the patients and their families
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding the handling of medical records, including contacting physicians and staff to obtain required signatures
  • Organize and maintain HR records, including electronic employee files in PeopleSoft
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members

Qualifications

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of home health experience within the last 24 months
  • Understanding of staffing and scheduling requirements related to home care services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Flexible and adaptable team player with a positive attitude
