Englewood Post Acute and Rehabilitation is looking to add an amazing Staffing Coordinator to our team. We are an 82 bed Skilled Nursing Facility that provides a homey environment for our LTC residents and we offer a high acuity skilled rehab wing. Our goal is to get our short term residents back home safely as soon as we can! CNA license is required!

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain staffing schedules, patient care assignments, and other staffing related records, including those necessary to meet state-specific staffing requirements, in the required format for that state
• Schedule staff in coordination with the Director of Nursing or designee
• Proactively work with staff to fill vacant shifts, either due to open positions, or call-ins
• Communicate staffing and hiring needs to the Director of Nursing or designee, and participate in interviews as needed.
• Post and communicate schedules to all nursing staff
• In coordination with Payroll department, ensure that all hours scheduled and worked have been captured in the payroll system. Ensure that all TARF’s have been properly filled out, signed, and provided to Payroll.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
