Englewood Moose in Englewood, FL is looking for one Member Service to join our 65 person strong team. We are located on 55 W. Dearborn St.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes Members by greeting them and offering them assistance.
- Processes New Memberships and informs new members about our lodge events, menu, merchandise.
- Processes Renewal of Memberships, and explains about our Loyalty Rewards Program.
- Assists with sales of Lottery, Merchandise, Take-Outs, etc.
- Use judgment to solve customer problems
- Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal skills
- Able to problem solve as issues arise
