Social Media Intern
SUMMARY
A Social Media intern within Englefield may have the opportunity to work on a wide variety
of projects across 4 different brands under the company umbrella. Responsibilities
include tracking analytics for social media campaigns, creating social media posting
schedules and writing captions for social media posts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to the company’s social media planner and create content
• Brainstorm campaign ideas
• Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
• Engage with employees and customers for in-person content
• Assists in creating performance reports
• Develop content and campaign rough drafts for a twelve month time frame
• Collect data for potential trends and new social platform integrations
• Support marketing team at live and online events
• Assist with photo/video content shoots
• Ensure brand message is consistent
• Participate in any team-wide intern projects
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Enrollment in current bachelors program, trade program, or prior experience
• Experience using Adobe Suite
• Working knowledge of Google Suite
• Experience using social media planning tools, such as HootSuite
• Ability to interact with consumers to collect content
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback to advance professional development
RELATIONSHIPS
• Reports to: Marketing Manager
• Team Dynamic: Individual and team projects in Marketing Team

WORK AUTHORIZATION
