Who we are looking for...

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our IT department. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and insight into various aspects of IT operations, processes, and functions. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fundamental understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally within a team and with non-technical end users.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn about IT processes and practices.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide first-level contact and support to ETM employees, addressing hardware, software, printing, networking, and other issues. (Tier 1)
• Assistance with computer provisioning for new and existing users to align with ETMs lifecycle management practices.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and software, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Work closely with the IT team as needed to contribute to projects that enhance our technological infrastructure.
