• legal research and writing
• depositions
• Superior Court and/or WCAB appearances

The ideal candidate should have 1 plus years of civil litigation experience. Excellent opportunity and compensation package for litigators and legal researchers/writers. Salary depending on experience. CA law license required.

EPS practices civil litigation, workers’ compensation defense, LHWCA, subrogation, Jones Act and general maritime throughout California. The firm has a long history of both Trial and Appellate success, including published decisions from the United States Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, 9th Circuit Court of Appeal and California District Courts of Appeal.
