Description
- Permanent position for a Field Service Engineer for process controls and commissioning of powder processing equipment.
- Support existing systems with on-site services.
- System and equipment commissioning.
- Process troubleshooting and optimization.
- Customer training.
- System and equipment inspections and repairs.
- Work directly with customers via on-site services and through email and video calls a required.
- Maintain good customer relationships to increase sales for service and parts.
- Create and maintain field service records including timesheets, expense reports and service reports.
- Participate in company training and provide in-house process support when necessary.
Requirements
- BS Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience with field service engineering.
- Experience with industrial process controls.
- Requires up to 75% travel, mostly domestic with some international.
- Some assignments are 2-3 weeks long.
