ECS is seeking an instructor to support a Train the Trainer (T3) course designed to enhance individual and team physical and digital force protection. This is a remote position that requires 25% travel

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for supporting each aspect of the courses including scheduling, classroom support, preparing and integrating equipment for training and exercise use, audio visual input, guest speaker visits coordination, lesson material / handout duplication, class rehearsals, after action review, lodging, transportation, and personnel support. 
• Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with students and maximizing program performance ratings.
• Developing and providing training for varying class sizes utilizing an array of formats, medium and methodologies.
• Must be able to travel (up to five times a year/17-day increments)

Required Qualifications: 

• Active US Government Secret security clearance 
• U.S. Citizenship 
• Military or law enforcement open-source intelligence (OINST) certification
• Familiar with U.S. Army physical and digital force protection training
• Instructor certification
• Must have real world experience (either through the military of law enforcement) on cybersecurity, digital and physical surveillance, and countermeasures.
• Must have classroom instructor experience.
• Good writing, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including MS Project
• Previous military or law enforcement classroom instructor and field experience.
• Program of Instruction (POI) experience. 
• Proficiency with Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira)
• Ability to communicate effectively with PM and students.
• Ability to plan and manage complex schedules, staffing plans and evaluate and report results of training and instruction.
• The employee may be required to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and may be required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
