Founded by two industry experts over 17 years ago, Engineered Solutions of Georgia (ESOG) continues to grow every year. ESOG serves residents all over Metro Atlanta, so we need people who are passionate about serving homeowners and delivering the best possible customer service and outcome on the projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Laborer on a crew team helping with foundation repair and waterproofing on residential homes. Here are just a few of the main responsibilities in which we are seeking applicants with some experience:

• Disassembling or constructing scaffolding, bracing and other temporary structures.
• Digging trenches and backfill holes.
• Operating equipment and heavy machinery.

• Starting pay (Training period of 30-45 days ) is $16-$20 per hour (range $650-$800 per week and depends on experience)

• Full-Time (W-2 employee) non-seasonal!

Must Haves/Requirements:

• 1 or more years of experience in a construction position required (concrete experience a PLUS!)
• Must be able to pass a DRUG TEST!
• Adept at using a miter saw, drills, concrete mixer, band saw
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs. and perform labor in all weather conditions
• Some equipment operation experience is a big PLUS
• Clean driving record and your own reliable vehicle to get to office
• Must pass E-Verify/background check
• Experience using common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools (hammer, shovel, measuring tape…etc.)
