A. Responsible for product inspection tasks. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

1. Meet assigned performance objectives.
2. Ensure the quality of all products meet customer specifications.
3. Work with production as needed to remediate quality issues/concerns.
4. Complete all assigned quality tasks accurately and timely, including but not limited to: part layout operations; first piece inspection, in-process and final inspection; incoming inspection and testing utilizing Adcole, Opticline, or Marposs automated inspection equipment and other standard measuring tools.
5. Perform Gage Calibration and update Gage Trac program, as required.
6. Perform Gauge R&R studies.
7. Perform measurement tasks associated with the APQP and PPAP process.
8. Participate in the internal audit process to ensure integrity of process standards.
9. Assist in tracking scrap and salvage parts as needed.
10. Participate in Corrective and Preventive Action Requests (CARs). Assist in timely completion of action to be taken to close issue.
11. Comply with all EPC policy, procedure and practice.
12. Available to travel to vendor/customer sites to perform audits or sorts, as needed.

1. High School Diploma.
2. 1-3 years of prior experience in the essential duties listed above.
3. Working knowledge of measurement, programmable and mechanical measuring tools, common quality and continual improvement practices, statistical techniques. Specific knowledge of Adcole, Opticline, Marposs equipment preferred.
4. Blueprint reading skills and working knowledge of GD&T standards.
5. Verbal and written communication skills to internal communication standards.
6. Excellent software skills, including MS Office products, ERP systems and CAD/CAM systems.
7. Valid driver’s license.
