JOB SUMMARY
This job is responsible to build and maintain automated pipelines, troubleshoot, and analyze complex issues with the DevOps toolchain, and improve the continuous integration and deploy (CICD). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering, build and deploy automation, and be familiar with the tools utilized in the DevOps workflow. This role will work with developers, engineers, and architects to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended. The incumbent will also be assigned to projects as the technical lead for internal departmental strategic projects, assist outside teams with technical proof of concepts (TPOC) work and help direct, mentor, and develop junior team members.

Pay Range Minimum:
$78,900.00Pay Range Maximum:
$146,000.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
