About the Role

Engage is expanding our services to address the unique pelvic health needs of our elderly patients and is currently seeking a passionate and motivated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist. In this role, you will help spearhead the development and implementation of a division-wide, geriatric pelvic health program as well as assess, diagnose and treat a patient caseload that includes a mix of pelvic, orthopedic and neurologic conditions at a variety of functional levels.

This role is based at our partner assisted living community in Dover, New Hampshire.

Your Typical Day
  • Tap into your extensive expertise and sincere passion for helping others as you assess and treat active older adult patients.
  • Engage in one-on-one, one-hour physical therapy treatments within warm and welcoming settings that vary from Engage's on-site clinic to your patients' homes within the community.
  • Develop bonds not just with patients, but with their families, doctors, and fellow team members, ensuring collaborative care and successful outcomes.

About You

You will be a great fit for this role if you bring the following:

  • Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy
  • Active or pending state license to practice physical therapy
  • Experience or interest in a geriatric physical therapy setting
  • Current or interest in obtaining pelvic health certification
  • Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages
  • Drive to continually learn and grow
