Position Overview : This position requires managing both the administrative and human elements of our home health services, focusing on client and staff interaction, recruitment, and operational logistics.

As well as administrative assistant to our CEO

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Coordination and Customer Service : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
  • Scheduling and Field Staff Management : Organize and oversee the schedules of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and home health aides.

Address any issues such as delays or staff tardiness, ensuring smooth service delivery.

  • Recruitment and Staffing : Actively recruit and onboard qualified field staff, maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
  • Payroll and Administration : Collect and verify timesheets to ensure accurate recording of hours worked for payroll processing and invoicing

Qualifications :

  • 2 years Home Health Experience a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service, human resources, or a similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients and staff.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and with discretion.
  • Must be able to work under Pressure
