Field Support Center Specialist Summary:
The Field Support Center Specialist provides support to field staff with:
Act as a liaison between the Corporate and field staff.
Field Support Center Specialist Key Responsibilities :
Interface with operations and administration to effectively provide information affecting operations
Work closely with all Operations employees and others to ensure customer needs are met and issues resolved as quickly as possible
Ability to multi-task and work under tight time lines and manage day-to-day operations pressure
Ability to work on projects that require regular monitoring, tracking and follow-up
Respond to inquiries from field staff and managers
Ability to prepare ad hoc reports
Help prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as directed by management
Utilizing telephone, computers and fax machines, provide data analysis to payroll, operations and field staff
Using vehicle GPS software, track vehicle location and usage. Provide reports on needed maintenance and prepare reports as requested by management
Collect, analyze and format data received for payroll, per diem and work assignments
Work with administrative team for job numbers, worker’s comp codes, and task numbers
Monitor the weather and notify crews of weather issues
Other duties as assigned
Field Support Center Specialist Physical Demands
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing and participate in random testing program
May be required to work evenings and weekends
Position requires working indoors in a professional office atmosphere
Field Support Center Specialist Minimum Qualifications:
Proven working experience in customer service and data collection
Understanding the tower construction process
Time and project management skill/experience
Soft Skills:
Communicate in person, electronically and by phone with all site personnel
Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions
Must be able to work with a team, and independently as required
Supervisory Requirements:
This position does not have supervisory requirements
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience *
*High School Diploma or GED is preferred
Three years of customer service experience and data collection/analysis
Experience in construction preferred
Must be able to utilize MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
