Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
• Pick and pull sales orders
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization for company vehicles. This includes prepping vehicles with appropriate materials needed for the jobs that day
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Unload material delivery and label orders as they are received to maintain organization
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse
• Ensure shelves are stocked and organized
• If Forklift Certified, loading/unloading pallets and rail into warehouse on delivery days
• Taking accurate inventory counts
• Communicate and collaborate with Project Manager and Operations Coordinator to ensure all material inventory is correct for the success of a project
• Adhere to all company policies and standards
• Various other duties and tasks assigned as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must have a valid California driver's license
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to respond quickly to changes
• Strong organizational skills
• Must demonstrate punctuality and reliability on a daily basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
