Summary:This position will be responsible for preparing air quality environmental permit applications at existing and new build projects at Energy Transfer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*Understanding of the various local, state & federal air quality regulations and how they apply to the natural gas midstream, crude oil & finished products, transportation, and NGL processing industries.

*Understanding of various state air regulations including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Northeastern US states including Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York is a plus.

*The position will be responsible for permit application preparation for various projects.

*A complete understanding of Permit-by-Rule (PBR) and Standard Permit registrations in Texas is necessary.

*The ideal candidate would also possess knowledge of New Source Review and Title V Permitting.

*Must have the ability to gather data, prepare emission calculations, assess various control technologies, and evaluate regulatory applicability for different equipment and processes.

*Must have the ability to work under normal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

*Good verbal & written communication skills

*Able to coordinate several projects with various operational groups or districts.

*Must have the ability to work with other groups or departments and with various consulting firms.
