Summary:
The Analyst-Business Development’s key responsibilities include supporting the Business Development team and will be responsible for researching, analyzing, modeling future growth opportunities, and preparing presentation for management. As a member of the Business Development team, responsibilities will include identifying revenue enhancing opportunities for our NGL and Refined Products Assets.
EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:
·Create detailed economic models to assess deals, including optimization options, synergy capture, and capital needs.
·Conduct Market analysis for potential targets including competitive behavior and alternative strategies.
·Conducts“duediligenceforpotentialmergersandacquisitions(M&A).
·Prepareanalysisandpresentationofbusinesscasesforproposedprojects to present to the Business Development team.
·Analyzestatisticsonfacilityusageandrevenuegenerationtoensureoptimalusageofterminalandpipelineassets.
·Support Business Development managing customer relationships.
·Identify newcustomerstoformstrategicpartnershipsandbusiness alliances.
·Maintaindetailedknowledgeofthecustomercontractstoassistthecustomerandoperationsinensuringadherenceto the terms.
·Support internal customers including engineering, operations, finance and accounting.
·Assistswithbudgetarydevelopmentandpreparationefforts.
·Overnighttravelmayberequired

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
