Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Fill in when Store Manager is not presence
• Assisting Store Manager in all areas
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances
• Training new employees and developing current employees
• Assigning responsibilities to employees
• Managing the store inventory, including loss prevention through theft and breakage
• Organize merchandise on shelves/coolers and restock
• Processing sales transactions & accepting payments
• Maintain store image standards
• Other duties and tasks assigned as needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Detailed orientated

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Consistently lift a minimum of 10 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Requirements

• PDI experience
• Radiant register experience
• Two years of management experience
