In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and other machinery critical to our operations.

- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to rotating machinery, collaborating with other engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and performance of rotating equipment through data analysis, predictive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and recommend improvements for future reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and safety, to ensure seamless integration of rotating equipment activities with overall refinery operations.
- Demonstrable experience with rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.
- Engineering degree (Mechanical or related field) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
