Due to continued growth, our Energy, Renewables & Environmental Services Group is seeking an Environmental Services Growth Lead (Texas/Louisiana Gulf Region)

Responsibilities

• Drive ENERCON’s environmental services growth primarily in the Texas/Louisiana the Gulf Region.
• Collaborate with ENERCON’s environmental services team leaders and the Department Manager to expand department growth and support regional pursuits aligned with strategic growth initiatives.
• Expand ENERCON’s regional environmental remediation and compliance practices and provide leadership for strategic growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and scientists, to develop integrated solutions and business opportunities, mentor high-potential staff, manage client relationships, and support environmental remediation and compliance projects.
• Lead strategic pursuits and proposals, aligning teaming discussions with other consultants on larger pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental engineering OR Environmental Science focus degree AND a minimum of 10 years of environmental experience working with oil and gas, utility, or industrial clients.
• Experience in the field of compliance and remediation consulting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations and policies across multiple states.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams with projects of advanced technical scope and complexity.
• Knowledgeable of issues within ENERCON’s key client sectors, including oil and gas, utility, and industrial.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to manage clients and support business development efforts, including proposal development.
• Excellent writing, communication, strategic thinking, and “people” skills.
• Ability to travel between 10-20% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on client needs, ranging up to a few days.
