Due to continued growth, our Nuclear Service Group is seeking a Engineering Site Lead for VC Summer Nuclear Power Plant location in Jenkinsville, SC. This position provides daily interactions with the Client and the ENERCON offices. 

Responsibilities (including but are not limited to)

• Preparing and/or reviewing design change packages and other engineering deliverables
• Coordinating attendance at design review meetings
• Coordinating site deliverable reviews and approvals
• Performing/assisting with walk-downs and data gathering
• Tracking project schedules and resource loading
• Performing pre-job safety briefs
• Developing/identifying new business opportunities
• Leading weekly client interface/project status meetings and providing other on-site support, as needed

Preferred Qualifications / skills

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (related degrees or experience will be considered)
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industry
• Strong communication skills
• Project Management experience beneficial
• Design Engineering or field experience beneficial

Employment requirement 

• Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites 

Must be legally eligible to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
