Endura Healthcare is seeking a Life Safety Resource to join our amazing resource team in Denver, CO.

Experience: 2-3 years Skilled Nursing Healthcare maintenance or similar setting, leadership experience managing onsite and remote over large geography preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide assistance to the maintenance director and administrator with the planning, organization, development, and the overall operation of the facility’s Maintenance Department. To provide assistance and help maintain the facility with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility.

* Help grow and develop Maintenance Director to be successful financially, culturally, and the overall operation of maintenance.

* Be hands on and pass on knowledge of how to fix or handle problems that arise. I would not expect them to do/fix anything I would not.

* Provide critiques and evaluations of the overall condition, performance, and/or recommendations of the maintenance department and/or the facility.

* Promote team work and great culture within markets.

* At the request on the Administrator or Maintenance Director or Market leader to be available to assist with any emergencies, problems, and any support issues they need assistants with.

* Ensure that Maintenance Director is knowledgeable in Life Safety Code, State Codes, and Local Jurisdiction rules through visual demonstrations or physical walks explaining the rules and regulations.

* Assist with the development of the Emergency Prep Program and ensure that the Administrator and Maintenance Director understand the importance and the overall information required to have.

* At the request on the Administrator or Maintenance Director or Market leader to be available to assist with the Annual Survey Process and Life Safety Survey.

* Attend the facility’s Mock Survey and provide book audits, facility Life safety evaluations, and assist with a Plan of Correction for what was identified.

Salary – based on experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
