DescriptionSummaryAn Account Specialist will work to maintain customer satisfaction by managing contact with customers through resolution of customer issues, support product delivery, and coordinate product orders. They will promote a work culture that represents the organization’s vison, mission, and values.
Essential Functions
- Provide world class customer service
- Review reports and records to ensure bin management system is properly maintained
- Identify, source, and quote parts and process related customer orders
- Review and maintain customer pricing
- Build strong working relationship with all customer contacts
- Maintain at all times, a positive mental attitude to customers and fellow associates
- Replenish inventory in customer’s facility. Work with Service Reps as needed to meet customer demands
- Service customer accounts as necessary
- Document key events and notes in Endries CRM system
- Provide technical part information to customer utilizing internal company engineering and quality support resources
- Deliver parts as needed
- Identify and actively pursue opportunities for continued revenue growth with existing customers
- Service the customer’s VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) program
- Improve customer relations by being pro-active and consistently involved in meeting the customer’s requirements
- All other duties as assigned
- Product knowledge is a plus
- Customer service skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow through on project completion
- Good analytic and organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Self-motivated
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to move 50 lb. boxes frequently
- Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license
