Endodontic Specialty Office is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Alameda, CA

We are a endodontic dental office seeking a responsible patient care coordinator for full time or part time employment to work in our Alameda location.

Overall job duties include greeting patients and making them feel welcomed and relaxed. Answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner, schedule appointments, communicate with patients regarding financial and scheduling options, prepare and maintain patient records and coordinate patient flow.

Your Daily Job Functions

  • Answer telephones and direct calls and voicemails to appropriate staff.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Transmit correspondence or medical records by mail, e-mail, or fax.
  • Perform various clerical or administrative functions, such as ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies.
  • Complete insurance verification.
  • Prepare patients electronic charts.
  • Go over treatment estimates with patients.

Requirements

● Good Phone Skills
● Ability to Multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
