Endodontic Specialists is Hiring a Dental front office Near Mesa, AZ

We are a modern, private Endodontic practice in Mesa seeking a personable, compassionate front office dental care coordinator to help provide our patients a friendly and professional experience.

To be successful in our practice we require articulate communication skills, strong attention to detail and to be a team player!

Front Office Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
  • Assisting patients in filling out information forms.
  • Communicating with dental insurance providers (insurance verification)
  • Provide treatment plan / estimates to patients
  • Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
  • Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, scanning, email
  • Assist in preparing and submitting dental claims

Front Office Requirements

  • One year of front office dental experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental insurances
  • Must work independently and cooperatively in a small team environment
  • Great telephone etiquette.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
