At M City Endodontics, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional endodontic care in a comfortable and friendly environment. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in facilitating efficient communication between our patients and clinical staff.

The Call Center Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients calling the M City Endodontics practices for general inquiries and appointment setting. This is a full-time, onsite position located at our Support Center in Brentwood, TN with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Highlights of Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and handle outbound calls to patients
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as requested
  • Provide information to patients regarding procedures, pre-appointment preparations, payment policies, and insurance inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the practice management software
  • Collaborate with practice staff to manage daily schedules effectively and ensure patient satisfaction
  • Follow up with patients after appointments for feedback and to confirm future appointments
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Call Center Representative Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, Outlook email, internet search engines, and navigating multiple tabs/windows. Dental software knowledge a plus
  • Ability to use good judgment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Highly developed organizational and planning skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Call center and/or healthcare scheduling experience is a plus
