Description
*This is not a remote position; it requires in person attendance in Washington, DC.
· The Strategic Threat Planner Analyst shall support the strategic vision of the government customer and manage the program operational needs and coordination on a day-to-day basis.
· Assist mission critical activities and risk mitigation projects.
· Support development of strategic plans that meet overarching guidance.
· Coordinate integration of organizational components input into goals and objectives and implementation as part of the strategic planning process.
· Provide expert advice and authoritative analysis and evaluation to improve the efficiency of operations and programs.
· Support operational and administrative requirements.
· Support United States Marshals Deputization (USMD), Unique Federal Agency Number (UFAN), Airport Badge, protection organization Code Words, 1811/special agents' annual requirements, armed access validation process, etc.
· Support Personal Security Vulnerability Assessment (PSVAs), High Risk Personnel (HRP) Packages, Daily Update Brief (DUB) briefs and mission records.
· Brief senior leadership on program level initiatives.
· Coordinate travel on Defense Travel System (DTS).
· Manage property accountability and auditability.
· Conduct market research.
· Develop requirements.
· Other operational duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Years of Experience Requirement:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum of 5 yrs of experience working with law enforcement
· Minimum Secret Clearance
· Experience in supporting mission critical programs.
· Experience developing materials and executive summaries for senior leaders
· Experience supporting and briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) personnel on a regular basis
· Experience with running operations for law enforcement, Department of Defense (DoD), customers and/or protection mission organizations
· Experience supporting intelligence and/or protection mission programs
Desired Skills
· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent
· Experience with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or Publicly Available Information (PAI) tools
· Understanding of cybersecurity risks
· Able to work with little to no supervision.
· Highly organized.
