The Office of the Registrar at Endicott College assists students, faculty, and academic and administrative departments with a variety of requests. Endicott College has a beautiful campus, and great employee benefits. This full-time, 12-month position includes medical, dental, retirement and tuition benefits for you and your family. Endicott is located 20 miles north of Boston and accessible by public transportation. The parking is free and the beautiful beaches are close by!

Responsibilities of the Transcript Processor & Customer Service Specialist are:

* Processing transcript and Apostille requests

* Recording grades

* Imaging student forms

* Managing the front desk and telephone customer inquiries

* Providing general office assistance

A successful candidate will have the following:

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

* Demonstrate attitude for attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy

* Bachelor Degree preferred
