Endemic Environmental Services, Inc is seeking to fill a Vegetation Maintenance Habitat Restoration Technician in Orange County, CA. Responsibilities for Vegetation Maintenance Habitat Restoration Technician the Habitat Restoration Technician include:

Responsibilities

Non-native species removal

Mowing/weeding

Planting and watering

Fence/Irrigation installation

Auguring/Digging and hydroseeding

Herbicide application

Transportation to the warehouse, office and to project sites in Orange County

Travel for out of town projects as needed

Work Location: On the road

Qualifications

1 year Habitat Restoration, Vegetation Maintenance, Landscaping, or related experience

Be safety minded

Walk in a variety of uneven surfaces and slopes

Must have strong communication skills

Be able to stand for extended periods of time

Work in a variety outdoor weather patterns

Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Walk in a variety of uneven surfaces and slopes

Knowledge of Tools and Tool Maintenance is a PLUS

Knowledge of native plants and weed species a PLUS

Valid Driver’s License (Preferred)
