Endeavor Health Services is Hiring a Behavioral Health Team Program Supervisor Near Buffalo, NY
Duties include:
- Assist with flow of work and communication with departments
- Improve and assist expanding the BHT model
- Will conduct clinical supervisions weekly with clinicians and case managers
- Assist with note taking during meetings and supervision
- Assist with Millennium and firewall reporting
- Facilitate safe and effective transportation of individuals to appropriate diversion sites
- Assist in developing and participate in police department trainings
- Advocate for treatment focused approach within the local Justice Court system
- Develop crisis response plans to assist officers with residents who frequently utilize emergency services
- Will be cross trained in other BHT areas and assist clinical staff when needed
The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management/supervision.
- LMSW, LMHC or LCSW and a minimum of two years paid full-time direct service experience in behavioral health, including 1 year of clinical supervisory experience required.
- Must have experience providing individual and group treatment.
- Must possess a valid NYS Driver License.
- Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products and Cerner electronic health records preferred.
