Key Responsibilities:

ASD2 (Full Performance):

• Delivers capabilities related to a specific skill, language, system, or technology.
• Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience specific to the skill.
• Emphasizes the ability, training, and actual work experience with the specific computer language, systems, and/or technology.

ASD3 (Senior):

• Extensive experience and training related to a specific skill, language, system, or technology.
• Capable of delivering capabilities and passing knowledge on to others.
• Requires a minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill.

ASD4 (Expert):

• Recognized expert or certified practitioner in a particular computer language, system, or technology.
• Delivers capabilities, mentors, and trains others.
• Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications.

ASD5 (Subject Matter Expert - SME):

• Acknowledged as a SME within the occupation and/or specific skill.
• Certified with the specific language, system, or technology.
• Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation.
• SMEs are capable of mentoring or training team members and sharing expertise.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Years of experience as specified for each experience level (ASD2, ASD3, ASD4, ASD5).
• Expertise, training, and actual work experience with the specific computer language, systems, and/or technology are significantly more important than the number of years of experience.
• Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus, especially for higher experience levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills for tackling complex issues.
• Proficiency in Agile processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• General professional years of experience may be substituted for specialized years of experience, as specified for each experience level.
• Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are expected to mentor and train team members and share their expertise within and across contracts, organizational boundaries, and with customers.
