Videographer

Job DescriptionAre you a talented video editor looking to join an ambitious, rapidly-growing company that’s making a major impact on the world with cutting-edge technology? End Game Talent is looking for a Videographer & Video Editor to help showcase the EGT story by creating compelling marketing and product videos that further our mission in protecting service members and civilians with artificially intelligent systems.
You will work alongside a team devoted to excellence, committed to collaboration, and focused on helping customers and talent understand the power of streaming media and EGT power to market brans. 

What you'll do:

• Support video needs for marketing and product related live action and motion graphic video content
• Operate video cameras, audio gear and lighting equipment on location
• Support pre-production including producing scripts, production schedules, equipment rental lists, and storyboards
• Lead day of production
• Post-production editing including music sourcing, graphics and effects
• Support creative process of storytelling through video
• Export video for various web and social media formats and platforms

People we're looking for have the following required education and experience:

• 2 years professional enterprise videography and/or photography experience
• BS/MS in film studies, cinematography, a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated experience creating video for product marketing purposes
• Familiarity with exporting video in a wide variety of formats
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of videography best practices and trends

Preferred qualifications and competencies:

• Strong technical collaboration skills and a desire to develop new skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in end-to-end video production, including filming on DSLR cameras, setting up studio lighting, audio recording, video and audio editorial, color correction, motion titling and graphics
• Experience using 3D software such as Blender, 3DS Max, or Maya
• Strong understanding of lightning and audio
• Excited by a fast-moving environment with a highly motivated group
• You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others
• You are patient, you have poise, and you don’t shy away from delivering excellent work even while facing tight deadlines for a dedicated team which values your effort
• You are creative and excited about working across teams to further the Shield AI mission by sharing it across media
