Encounter in Streetsboro, OH is looking for one childcare staff member to join our family-oriented team! We are located at 9267 State Route 43. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents *Create activities that are fun and educational for the children *Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child *Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunchtime, and rest time for students

Qualifications

*High School Diploma or Equivalent *Ability to Pass a Background Check *Must be able to work from 12pm-6pm Monday-Friday

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
