Veterinary Care & Specialty Group (VCSG) is an emergency and referral hospital located in the South Broad Street area of Chattanooga, TN. Our facility has the latest diagnostic equipment including MRI, ultrasound, digital x-ray, CT, and state-of-the-art lab equipment.

We have board-certified surgeons for soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. We are one of the only hospitals in the area that offers total hip replacement surgery. We have a full anesthesiology group with board-certified anesthesiologists. Our ER veterinarians are on-site 24 hours a day. We have board-certified Internal Medicine veterinarians s a neurologist, oncologist, radiation oncologist, cardiologist, and criticalists. We have the only Veterinary Cancer Center in Chattanooga!
