Your Role

As the Corporate Communications Manager at Encore Luxury Coaches, you are at the forefront of shaping and sharing our story as the already established leading provider of luxury entertainment travel. Your role is crucial in continuing to communicate our unmatched passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Amidst an era of significant growth and in pursuit of even loftier goals, including the continual enhancement of our high-end customizable fleet, your strategic, creative, and project management expertise will craft and amplify the narratives that solidify our market leadership. Responsibilities

• Internal Communications -
• Strategize, develop, and implement comprehensive internal communications plans that align with and support our growth, ensuring our team remains informed, engaged, and motivated by our mission and accomplishments.
• Manage the production of engaging internal communications content, such as newsletters and company-wide presentations, that celebrate our successes, reinforce our core values, and articulate our ongoing strategies for market leadership and innovation.
• External Communications -
• Oversee the development and execution of an external communications strategy that underscores our position as the premier provider of luxury entertainment travel, showcasing our unique value proposition, our commitment to safety, and the exceptional service that defines the Encore experience.
• Lead social media efforts, public relations, and brand messaging, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels to maintain and enhance our brand's visibility and reputation in the luxury entertainment travel market.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and industry partners to amplify our brand's presence and leadership in the luxury entertainment tour sector.
• Act as a Relationship Builder, fostering strong connections both within and outside the organization to further our brand's reach and impact.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role within marketing communications.
• Demonstrable project management skills for leading marketing campaigns, coordinating teams, and efficiently managing projects

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience navigating a merger or acquisition while in a marketing communications role is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design and familiarity with the latest digital and social media trends is a plus.
• Any relevant experience in music, travel, hospitality, or related industry would be a plus.
• Crisis management communication skills are a plus.
• Experience working in or around industries with high-profile clients is a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
