What a BCBA does?
We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other behavioral, social, and communication challenges in the New Jersey area. The BCBA will design, implement and evaluate different environmental modifications to produce socially significant improvement in behavior. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing individual treatment plans, BTs, and all other needs of the client(s).
