We are all about hiring on attitude and training for skill. Most of our positions require little or no prior industry experience, but this is not one of those roles . To be our next Shop Manager on our team, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing a shop and/or working in the construction industry. This experience can come in any combination of field, operations and/or management but must total at least 3-years.
