Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with strong project management capabilities to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee IT projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT systems, infrastructure, and software, coupled with the ability to effectively manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during implementation.

Technical Expertise:

Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to project teams.

Assist in the evaluation and implementation of IT systems and solutions.

Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycle.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.

Generate regular progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree

Proven experience (5 years) in IT systems administration, implementation, or support.

Strong project management skills with certification if possible

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Wrike, or Trello.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
