Encore Electric, Inc. is Hiring an Electrical Commissioning and QA Engineer Near Fort Collins, CO

Compensation for this role : $41.00 to $50.00 per hour

NOTE: This is an electrical construction position! This is not a software or manufacturing role.

General Responsibilities

Maintain open communication lines with all working relationships

Specific Responsibilities

Preconstruction

Specification review assistance

Electrical gear review assistance

Owner equipment review assistance

Integration opportunity/risk analysis

Testing quote review

Integrator/systems planning

QA/QC planning

Construction

Submittal review assistance

QA/QC program planning

QA/QC inspections

Integration design drawings

Cx/Testing plan development, including:

•Safety

• MOP

• Integration of gear

• Point-to-point

• % Loads

Cx testing

Cx reports

Cx liaison

Service & Special Projects

Diagnostic support

Integration solutions

Submittal review assistance

QA/QC program planning

QA/QC inspections

Integration design drawings

Cx/Testing plan development, including:

• Safety

• MOP

• Integration of gear

• Point-to-point

• % Loads

Technology and systems upgrade solutions

Cx/testing reports

REQUIREMENTS:

The position requires education in electrical theory to include circuits, electromotive force, physics and some computer science along with experience in commissioning and/or testing electrical systems, in electrical construction (High/Medium/Low Voltage) and experience with short circuit, coordination, and arc flash calculations. An Electrical Engineering degree and at least 2 years of industry experience or project/facility/cx engineering experience of 6 years or more is also required.
