Kitchen & Bath Designer
Encore is a growing cabinet company in the phoenix metro area. We have an immediate full-time opening for a cabinet designer who is looking to build a long term relationship and career. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated and energetic individual who is skilled in kitchen and bath design and has five or more years of experience. The qualified candidate shall be responsible for designing multiple projects using blueprints or existing layouts. Strong product knowledge and an understanding of cabinetry design and the installation process are essential, from a relatively simple stock cabinet project to a complete house of cabinetry in a custom home. Job Requirements and Duties:

· 20/20 V.13 experience or Equivalent

· Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Construction knowledge/experience

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Five years of kitchen & bath design experience or a combination of experience with a Kitchen and Bath certification or degree

· Must be able to handle multiple projects proficiently

· Must be able to prioritize, work quickly, accurately and produce design projects within deadlines

· Highly motivated individual that is passionate about design, problem solver and success driven.

· Work with customers and contractors in developing floor plans and design concepts.

· Contribute to company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
